The Beading and Parting Tool is extremely versatile. Used for sizing, making beads or v-grooves on cylinders between centers. Its finesse allows for the production of beads whilst it can also be used for conventional parting off. Its more massive section makes it much more rigid and hence it is ideal for making spigots and tenons in prepraration for griping a turning blank with your scroll chuck.

Similar to an oversized parting tool. Also can be used very effectively as a Bedan tool.
